Prior to BP, Karen spent more than a decade in management consulting at her own firm, and she later joined Rackspace as General Manager of their cybersecurity business. Karen earned a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Waren Business School.
